From playing with legos to writing my first line of code at 11 I have always been a builder at heart. My first software engineering internship was at QHR Technologies where I worked on performance improvements for the Accuro EMR. This experience crafted my obsession to optimise everything.
In 2022 I joined Montra as a frontend developer but transitioned into an infrastructure role building the foundations of their video processing pipelines. I saw the team grow from four people to ten to five. After a year, I decided to take a leap of faith and launch my own company.
After a few experiments, I launched Ringer Communications. With the rise of voice AI I tapped into my knowledge of business phone systems from my time doing customer support during highschool. This was my first time building something for enterprise and properly leading a team, overseing tech, operations and GTM. The lessons gained building Ringer have proved pricesless at Clover.
Everyone has an internal purpose. Mine is to leave an everlasting compounding impact. Give someone a fish to feed them for a day. Teach them to fish and they eat for a lifetime. Everything I learn, I aim to share with others who I know will continue to pass the knowledge.
One of the ways I achieve this is by speaking and meetups and conferences. I love sharing my unique perspectives on technology, business and life.

Notes on building, shipping, and learning.

I've made many genuine connections this past year, but I worry some friends only respect me for the name brand behind me, not who I am.
I dropped out of university at 19. Many ask me how to do it, if they should, and most difficult of all — how to get your parent's approval.
